Refund and Returns Policy

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Wee Engineers Tech Camp)

Refunds for Summer Tier Programs

At Wee Engineers, we reserve all resources in advance to ensure a high-quality experience. Because of this, our refund policy reflects the actual costs incurred in providing services.

Operational Costs Include:

  • Venue rentals & facility fees
  • Instructor time (paid regardless of attendance)
  • Purchased practice devices & safety equipment
  • Healthy meals, drinks, and classroom materials

1. Full Refund: 7+ Days Before Class Start

Eligible for a full refund.
We’ve not yet incurred significant costs or reserved space.

2. Partial Refund: Within 3 Days of Class Start

🔒 70% refund (30% fee charged).
This covers non-refundable expenses like venue fees and instructor time already paid for your session slot.

3. During Sessions: Emergency or Health Conditions Only

⚕️ 10% refund (90% fee charged).
If a child cannot attend due to verified health emergencies (with medical documentation), we refund up to 10%. Personal schedule changes are not eligible for refunds during the program.

4. No-Show or Late Cancellation

100% Non-Refundable.
Spots reserved for your child can’t be resold or transferred. We charge a full fee to cover all preparation, resources, and staff time.

5. Transfer Policy (Optional Addition)

🔄 Sessions Can’t Be Transferred Without Approval.
If you need to pause mid-program due to illness, we may allow transferring sessions to another family (with approval) instead of a refund—but subject to availability and a $100 administrative fee.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@weeengineers.com with your child’s name & order number
  2. Include reason for cancellation/refund request (with medical documentation if applicable)
  3. Refunds are processed via original payment method within 7–10 business days

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Fees deducted from refunds cover venue, instructor salaries, meals, and device costs already purchased.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing before session start or during verified emergencies.
  • This policy complies with California state consumer protection laws.
